Below you will find information related to parking options related to the property.
 

Parking Managed By: Mid-Town Parking
Hours of Operation:

Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, Closed
Monthly parkers have 24/7 access to the garage by use of their parking card.
Location: Parking garage is located beneath the building with an entrance on 18th Street.
Rates: Daily Rate:
  • Up to one hour $18.00
  • All day (in before 9:00 a.m.) $11.00
  • After 5:00 p.m. $8.00

Monthly Rates:

  • Standard $273
  • Reserved $546
Towing: Mid-Town Parking garage will  implement towing if needed.
Contractor Parking: Contractors who are doing work for a tenant in the building must park in the public parking area in the garage or street parking.
